Members of BXL have access to expert business counselors through the Business Outreach Center (BOC) Network.
BOC Network business counselors help BXL members with everything from marketing and business plan development to navigating business regulations and acquiring certifications.
The BOC Women’s Business Center (WBC) offers business training, one-on-one counseling and financing resources to help women entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses. By educating and empowering underserved women entrepreneurs, the WBC contributes to the economic, cultural, and social vitality of our communities.
